I am an experienced and educated (MFA & BA) News Professional, with more of 20 years of Broadcast Journalism experience, doing both hard news and entertainment. Currently I am a News Reporter at Telemundo 47 New York / NBCUniversal. I'm finishing a second Master, MA. in Politics & International Relations.

• I have more than 20 years of experience as News Reporter, News Anchor and TV Hostess.
• I have more than 7 years of experience as a freelance reporter for nationally and internationally network broadcast programs.
• I also have more than 5 years of experience as a Producer.
• I have filled the role of News Director for 2 years.
• I have experienced as writer, Assignment Editor, photojournalist and video editor.
• I have experience working for Univision, Telefutura/Unimas, PBS, Telemundo, MundoFox/MundoMax & Azteca America.
• I have 2 years of experience hosting a radio program
• I have directed and produced film projects
• I have 5 years of experience managing groups of employees in TV, film, public relations and retail.
• Additionally, I have performed as an actress in theater, corporate videos, commercials, voice-overs and short films.
• I have a M.F.A. in Motion Picture & TV Production emphasis Directing (3 year program) and a B.A. in Mass Communication, Electronic Journalism.

From my experience and education I have knowledge of media law, including investigation, as well as journalistic ethics and libel. I have experience coordinating and directing events of 50+ participants. In my numerous responsibilities I’ve had to convince and persuade, sell ideas and products, administrate, keep budgets, motivate, coach, train and multi-task.
